Although a lot has been achieved through the sale of Certificates, implementing this project has not been an easy task. The project has faced a number of challenges, both internal and external Some of the internal challenges are:

  • The Project Manager has only one car which cannot allow smooth and effective execution of the duties.
  • Some sale agents have failed or unduly delayed to remit the money from sale of certificates to the coordinating office.
External challenges include the following:
  • The general political trends in the country have had a negative impact on the project..
  • In some cases, some agents have been involved in national and local politics remaining with little time to devote to the sale of certificates.
  • The sale of certificates has also been affected by inflation. the value of the certificates keeps on depreciating by the inflation rate.
Conclusion

The Certificates Project has a wide spectrum of activities and a big impact on the social, economic and cultural development of the Kingdom.. It has also been faced with challenges. Adequate resources, both human and financial are required in order for it to execute its duties. The Project and its team and agents are indeed agents of change for the Kingdom’s social and economic development.
