This is a Buganda Treasury project. Omuwanika wa Buganda is the head of the Buganda Treasury. The project is managed by the Administrative Officer, with a team of 5 dedicated staff.
The sale of certificates is mainly through voluntary workers who are the traditional/cultural leaders in the Counties, Sub-counties and Parishes. Other conduits include individual institutions and organizations, schools and institutions of higher learning that mobilize their people to buy certificates as a unit, and private contractors (task force) that sell certificates on a commission basis. The Baganda in the Diaspora, their friends and well-wishers are also from time to time mobilized to buy the certificates. This method has made the sale of certificates acceptable not only to Baganda but also to the entire global community. This has also in another way promoted the image of the Kingdom on the international scene.
