There is very little information about this clan yet it still has so much following.

In Uganda, the grey crane is referred to as the crested crane and it is the national bird. It is a grey bird inhabiting wetlands and other wet habitats. The wingbar is white with golden yellow plumes and a chestnut brown tail. Its beauty surpasses human description especially in flight.
It makes a rudimentary nest in the swamp where it lays its eggs. The swamp is its breeding habitat but man has enchroached on its territory threatening its survival.
It is now endangered.
