He was born to Ssekabaka Nakibinge and Najjemba of the ŋŋonge clan and his Royal sisters (Balubuga) were Nkinzi and Luwedde. His sacred Twin (Omulongo) was called Lukungo, his Home (Nnyumba) was called Bazibumbira and his Jjembe was called Siimuwuune.
