This ministry deals with organizing the sports events of the Kingdom of Buganda s well dealing with the issues concerning the youths. Among the sports events include; Bika football competition, a tournament where all clans converge and play each other according to the grouping by the organizng committee. It is played on a knockout basis. 

Masaza Cup is another big sport event organized by this ministry. All the 18 Counties that make up the Kingdom of Buganda compete in a football tournament to see who emerges winner aat the end of the day. It is played on a league basis, Counties are divided into groups, two winners of each group excells to the knockout stage, then proceeds to the quarterfinals, semifinals then finals which are held at Mandela National stadium, Namboole.

Bika and Masaza football tournaments have turned out to be the most entertained tournaments among the different football tournaments and leagues within Uganda.

The Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II annually opens and close both Bika and Masaza football competitions amidst His subjects who turn up in big numbers to cheer for their King and teams in general.
